Forêt Adrénaline: An Outdoor Adventure in the Heart of Brittany

At Forêt Adrénaline, enjoying an experience in the heart of the forest goes hand in hand with respect for the environment.
Since 2005, when we opened our first adventure park in Carnac, sustainable development has been at the core of our business model.

Today, with four tree-top adventure parks in Brittany and our construction division, we’re working to promote green and inclusive tourism in Morbihan (56) and Ille-et-Vilaine (35).

🍃 Our Actions for Nature and People

Resource Conservation and Waste Management

  • Eco-friendly dry toilets: Operating without water in all our parks in Brittany, they allow us to save thousands of liters of drinking water each season.
  • We reuse rainwater for cleaning our facilities
  • Eco-friendly snacks sourced locally: We prioritize partnerships with local Breton suppliers and artisans.
We favor returnable or recyclable packaging and promote composting.
  • Recycling and reuse: We’ve implemented a waste recyclings system at all our sites.
We encourage and educate our guests to do the same. We’re committed to moving toward zero waste as much as possible.
  • Everyday eco-friendly practices: Using eco-labeled cleaning products, purchasing secondhand equipment, going paperless, extending the lifespan of IT equipment, and recycling equipment as soon as security allows.

Promoting sustainable transportation in Morbihan and Ille-et-Vilaine

  • Since transportation accounts for more than 70% of a leisure facility’s carbon footprint, we’re taking direct action in our regions:
  • Public transportation: Strongly encouraged for our urban parks in Rennes (STAR) and Vannes (Kicéo). We offer a 10% discount at the ticket counter upon presentation of proof of travel (bus or metro ticket).
  • Bike Discount: 20% off for visitors arriving by bike. Financial incentives for our employees who use green modes of transportation to get to work (biking, walking, etc.).
  • Eco-Responsible Logistics: We encourage carpooling; teleworking is encouraged whenever possible; we consolidate business travel in Brittany; and we manage deliveries responsibly.

Eco-design

  • Specializing in the construction of adventure courses, our Carnac-based design firm creates, designs, and installs activities that minimize the impact on natural environments.
  • Every day, we prioritize the preservation of trees and safety—our top priority.

Protecting Local Biodiversity

  • Careful trail marking to preserve and protect forest soils.
  • Installation of birdhouses and insect hotels at our sites.
  • Practicing sustainable pruning to respect the tree’s life cycle.

Nature Activities in Brittany: Education and Inclusivity

  • Education and Discovery: Raising awareness is at the heart of our mission to enable families, school groups, and recreation centers to learn while having fun:
  • Development of an eco-friendly game for school field trips, educational displays, and, most importantly, the creation in Vannes of our new educational park: TrampÔforestPark
  • An inclusive adventure park: We are committed to making tree-top adventure courses and outdoor activities accessible to everyone.
  • Thanks to the innovation of our TrampÔforest nets (accessible without a harness), climbing at height becomes an inclusive, intergenerational experience.
  • Our teams at the heart of our model: We practice a people-centered management approach based on training, employee loyalty, active listening, and inclusivity.

Our Commitments for the Coming Seasons

“Destination of Excellence” Certification: Pass our audit to formalize our commitment to continuous improvement.

Taking Action for Forest Biodiversity: Install new wildlife shelters and improve signage along our nature trails.

Developing Local and Educational Initiatives: Create new awareness-raising materials, organize educational and fun events, and offer new nature activities for children and school groups.

Zero-Waste Goal: Gradually phase out single-use packaging in favor of returnable and locally sourced containers.

Reduce our digital footprint: Optimize the eco-design and use of our digital tools to minimize the environmental impact of our servers.
