Our commitment
As an adventure park themed around biodiversity and sustainable development, Forêt Adrénaline is committed to protecting the environment. In 2005, we created the Aventure M.E.N.E.C association (House of Energy, Nature and Environment of Carnac) with the aim of :
- Minimizing the environmental impact of park activities while maintaining high-quality services
- Promoting eco-citizenship among visitors through awareness initiatives
Our facilities: offices, workshops and reception building
- High environmental quality wooden-frame building, fully dismantlable
- Eco-friendly materials widely used: wood wool, cellulose wadding, untreated wood — all recyclable, reusable and natural
- Dry toilets and composting of solid by-products
- Rainwater harvesting
- Recycling bins
- Low-energy light bulbs
- Wood heating
- Local and short supply chain purchasing policy
- Composting center for our green waste
Our consumption practices
- We reuse paper (scrap use) and prioritize recycled paper.
- We limit paper printing and favor sending documents electronically.
Our travel
- We encourage carpooling and phone meetings instead of in-person meetings.
- We use electric vehicles for certain trips.
Our construction methods
- Use of untreated natural wood
- Optimization of travel
- Local suppliers close to construction sites
- Material recycling
- Wooden petal platforms (designed and developed by Forêt Adrénaline) that respect trees. They are strapped around trunks with ratchet straps, avoiding tightening and allowing the tree to grow freely
Awareness within the parks
- Yann Arthus Bertrand” exhibition by Goodplanet, covering a wide range of forest-related themes
- Volée de Piafs” exhibition on wildlife and flora
- Awareness on waste management through recycling bins with clear logos and compactors
- Educational trails on the theme of sustainable development
- Discounts for visitors coming to the park by bike
A small gesture can change everything !
