To guarantee you a stress-free activity and with a more available team, we recommend to:

  • Contact us beforehand in order to better organize your visit via the contact tab
  • Notify us at the reception when you arrive. So that we can communicate with each other to best support you according to your situation

Parking places are reserved for you nearby the entrance of the park.

We have disabled toilets, and access ramps for the reception, the terrace (relaxation area) and toilets.

To better prepare your visit to our site, here is some useful information:

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

Our park is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, as we are located in the forest, access with a wheelchair or any other mobility assistance equipment (canes, walker, etc.) may be more complicated.

Indeed, despite all the efforts we make to guarantee a quality welcome, roots, chestnut pods, leaves and stones can sometimes slow down progress on the paths, or make them slippery in wet weather.

This is why we recommend you to be accompanied and careful on the paths. And not to hesitate to come to us so that we can accompany you and guide you on the practicable and less uneven paths.

Accessibility for deaf or hard of hearing people

We welcome you to discover or rediscover the joys of tree climbing. The video explanations are subtitled in French and English, so you can follow the explanations. Our team is at your service to welcome you and guide you throughout the activity.

Accessibility for people with a physical or mental handicap

Each person is a judge of their own physical abilities. There is no prohibition to practice the acrobatic courses in our park. The courses evolve in an increasing manner in terms of difficulty.

Our instructors will guide you on your first course, which they will judge to be suitable for your level and your desires following the training course. Then we will remain available to advise you throughout the session in order to present the different courses and their difficulties. The aim is for all our clients to enjoy our activity and not to end up on a failure due to a bad choice of course.

We advise you to be accompanied on the courses in order to receive support if needed. As our staff may be required to accompany and help other clients.
